SHERPA Miniloaders BV attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.
We do everything to ensure your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. SHERPA Miniloaders BV adheres to the applicable laws and regulations in all cases, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This implies that we at least:
- Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided, these purposes and type of personal data are described in this Privacy policy;
- Processing of your personal data is limited to only those data that are at least necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;

PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND OTHER CONTRACTORS
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will collect and use the personal data that you provide to us because this is necessary to conclude and implement a possible agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and / or services. If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we will use your data to send you a quote, to determine the specifications or wishes that a specific item or service must meet, to be able to deliver goods or to be able to perform work for you.

To be able to invoice and be able to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal details are also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. When purchasing, this is necessary to let you know what specifications or wishes a certain item or service must meet in our opinion, to be able to send a quote request or to place an order with you, to be able to pay your invoices and be able to communicate quickly and efficiently with you about other aspects of the agreement.
You are not required to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with sufficient or sufficient personal data, it is possible that we cannot perform the aforementioned activities.

PERSONAL INFORMATION EMPLOYEES
Personal data of employees is necessarily used for the implementation of rights and obligations in the field of labor law and social insurance law (the social security contributions and taxes).

PROVISION TO THIRD PARTIES

We naturally make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information provided by you to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police requests (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We can also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission for this.

WITHIN THE EU
We do not provide personal data to parties based outside the EU.

MINORS
We only process personal data of minors (persons younger than 16 years of age) if written permission has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

STORAGE TERM
SHERPA Miniloaders BV does not store personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.

SECURITY
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example, we have taken the following measures;
